Our newest teacher, Heidi Bullock, taught her first Relief Society lesson ever on Sunday! We are so grateful for her, and she gave a wonderful lesson. She taught "The Plan of Salvation" from our manual. President Joseph Fielding Smith said, "Our Father in heaven established a plan of salvation for his spirit children...to enable them to advance and progress until they obtain eternal life."
We rejoiced in this plan to come to earth, to gain a body and to learn. Sister Bullock taught that it is through the Savior's sacrifice that we are able to be redeemed and to return to our Heavenly Father. May we be persistent in our efforts to continually move closer to Christ and to our Father in heaven.
