Sunday Soundbite

Jennifer Stice taught the lesson, "Strengthening and Preserving the Family."  She asked the sister to share how they strengthen their own families.  Responses included: creating traditions, teaching what is truth, making family the priority, taking time to play, and growing together.


Sister Stice shared 3 main points from the lesson:

1. The family is the most important organization in time or eternity.
2. The Lord instituted the family to endure eternally.
3. We strengthen and preserve our families as we spend time together, love each other, and live the gospel together.

President Smith said, "May I remind you of just how important the family unit is in the overall plan of our Father in heaven.  In fact, the Church organization really exists to assist the family and its members in reaching exaltation."
